At our academy, we always seek to make our tuition very affordable for families. We are currently in a transition period as we become an Ohio Charter School, which will soon allow us to accept EdChoice vouchers.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding our tuition and the transition process, we encourage you to set up a phone call or schedule a tour of our facilities. This way, we can provide you with detailed information and answer any questions you may have.

Our school day runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The building is open for students from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Additionally, Before/After School Care and Tutoring are available through our childcare center.

Via our Childcare Center, we additionally offer care and/or tutoring on days our academy and local carea schools are closed. This is the list of the only days both of our educational ministries are closed:

We use the Ignitia curriculum, a versatile and multifunctional online learning platform designed exclusively for Christian schools. Ignitia offers a range of benefits that enrich the educational experience for our students:

Accessibility: With 24-hour online accessibility, parents can use their own password to sign in and view their student's lessons and progress. 

Ignitia is designed to promote academic excellence while fostering strong Christian values, making it an ideal choice for our academy.

We are currently working on becoming an Ohio Non-Public, Chartered School. This transition is expected to be completed sometime in 2026. Please contact us for our current status.

There will be a maximum number of students that we will accept. To ensure you don't miss this opportunity, please ask about getting on the waiting list. The best way to get on the waiting list is to request a tour, fill out the applications, and indicate that you want to be "next-in-line" when vouchers are approved.

Waiting List Details:

Application Process: To place a child on the waiting list, you need to request a tour of our facilities, fill out the necessary applications, and indicate that you want to be "next-in-line" when vouchers are approved. This ensures that your child is considered for admission as soon as we are able to accept EdChoice vouchers.

Priority Admission: Students will be admitted based on the order of their application submission and the completion of the tour and application process.

The Ohio Department of Education is offering a $1,000 Early Childhood Education Grant for eliglble families. The threshold is 400% above the poverty line, which is approx $110,000 for a family of four. the grant may be used for Summer Camp and Before/After School Care for students up to 18 years of age.

Yes, our academy staff are licensed with the state of Ohio. We ensure that all our educators hold the necessary credentials and certifications required by the Ohio Department of Education. This includes meeting all the standards for professional conduct, educator evaluations, and licensure requirements.
